The Allahabad High Court has directed the State Principal Secretary Home and DGP to take necessary steps to make criminal history of criminals available on one click. Along with this, fix the accountability of the police officers who come to the court to answer or give information so that the real information about the case can be made available to the court in time.

On the anticipatory bail application of the former public representative and the criminal petition to end the case, Kotwali city police of Banda said in the affidavit that the petitioner does not have a criminal history. But the complainant objected that there are 11 criminal cases against the petitioner, of which the court has also taken cognizance.

In such a situation, when the court asked for a personal affidavit from SP Banda, it came to know that there are 27 criminal cases against the petitioner. The court took it seriously and directed the top officials of the state to fix responsibility. The court has rejected the petition of section 482 and anticipatory bail application of former public representative Bal Kumar Patel alias Raj Kumar, resident of Devkali, Chitrakoot, Rapura.

This order has been given by Justice Samit Gopal after listening to petitioner advocates SD Singh Jadaun, Sanjay Singh and complainant’s advocate Jitendra Kumar Mishra. The court said, charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner. The court has issued summons after taking cognizance. The petitioner is not cooperating in the investigation. Doesn’t even pick up phone calls. Therefore, it cannot be said that he has been falsely implicated.

The SP also informed about taking action against Inspector Brahmdev Goswami of Banda, Kotwali Nagar, who filed counter affidavit with wrong information on the petition. The court has directed the Director General to send a copy of the order to Principal Secretary Home, DGP and SP Banda for compliance.
